The employee benefits application is designed to offer a seamless and engaging experience, featuring personalized benefits plans, exclusive provider deals, and clear usage tracking.
The goal was to create an intuitive and visually appealing interface that makes understanding and managing employee benefits effortless and motivating.
The design journey began with crafting an intuitive user flow that enables seamless navigation through key features such as benefit discovery, enrollment processes, and access to provider options. A cohesive layout system was applied to maintain visual harmony and clearly present benefits-related content alongside usage tracking.
Modern, easy-to-read typography was chosen, using a mix of bold and high-contrast styles to draw attention to essential information like plan specifics, usage balances, and claim overviews. The color palette reflects a sleek, contemporary aesthetic, with soft accent tones guiding users toward interactive elements and calls to action.
Essential UI components—such as benefit summary cards and promotional banners—were designed to be both visually appealing and highly functional. Great care was taken with spacing and hierarchy, ensuring even complex processes like checking out or redeeming offers feel straightforward and user-friendly.
The platform supports personalized benefit plans, streamlined provider access, and real-time usage insights—empowering users to make well-informed decisions. Additionally, the design is optimized for flexibility, supporting seasonal campaigns like Black Friday, Christmas, and others, while ensuring a smooth experience across all devices and screen sizes.
